Terms and Conditions

The Dashboard is provided solely as a business management tool for the Company's clients. It enables authorized users to review account information, monitor royalty earnings, access financial reports, review analytics, manage releases, submit requests, and perform other functions made available by the Company.

Dashboard access does not create any ownership rights in the Dashboard, its software, or any underlying technology.

Access to the Dashboard is limited to clients who maintain an active business relationship with the Company.

Each client is responsible for:

• ·Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• ·Restricting access to authorized personnel only.
• ·Promptly notifying the Company of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
• ·All activities conducted under their account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate Dashboard access if unauthorized use is suspected.

The Dashboard, including all software, interfaces, designs, reports, databases, source code, functionality, and intellectual property, is and shall remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to the client through use of the Dashboard.

Clients receive only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Dashboard during the term of their agreement with the Company.

Information displayed within the Dashboard may include:

• ·Sales reports
• ·Streaming statistics
• ·Download activity
• ·Territory reporting
• ·Financial information
• ·Catalog information
• ·Release status
• ·Metadata
• ·Analytics
• ·Payment history
